Rare as rocking horse pooh , but I have seen two 11ft by 5.6ft tables in my life time , also seen a full sized Orme and sons table cut down to 11ft and this had b & watts steel cushions on . this was for sale about 18 months ago but has been sold now . sorry you missed the boat on this one , it sold for £2000 with iron and a life pool scoreboard which on it's own was worth at least £1,000 .

so my advice is buy a full size and get a headstone mason to cutt the two end slates down by 6 inch each end and one side by 6 inch , you will then have to redrill for cushion bolts down each end and one side plus under rebates for nut inlays , plus recutt four corner pocket falls at 3.5 inch drops and one centre pocket fall .
Then ..... cutt down all cushions and reform pocket openings in corners to fit these recutt slate's , a lot of fidly work but it has been done .
oh you will also have to cutt down the frame 6 inch from each end and also one side .

you are looking at new chinese made tables at £2,297 that design is imported by a lot of people and sold under differant names some having slight variations in leg design , and yes 10ft second had tables are rare to find so therfore you have to pay more for one , it's all about supply and demand , demand for 10fts and 9fts are stronger than full sized tables where the reverse is the trend not much demand and plenty for sale .

Geoff is spot on about there being more interest for 10' tables, when I swapped my 10' for a full size last year I couldnt believe the interest it generated, could have sold it 5 times over but it still only went for £560.00 so its not all doom and gloom, good luck and keep us posted.

First one pictures not good enough to form a veiw

DO NOT TOUCH THE SECOND ONE LISTED , no muntings = no Slate support to, prevent dished slates , over time they could just drop in the centre , the table is not well made .

the oak square legs looks ok but will require a rerubber and recloth by the look of it . but would offer a lower price because of this .

Last one would be my choice unless you like Oak .

always ask if table has to come down or upstairs to get it out , this makes a big differance to price for removal or set up .

Try looking at this 8 leg 10foot better than a 6 leg as it looks like a full size . the add describes it as a 6 leg table , don't think the owner can count as it is clearly has 8 legs in the photo , 4 down each side .

                Hi all...

I'm almost there with my 'snooker room' at the bottom of the garden!!
Got the table installed 2 days ago - went for a full size in the end...I'm glad i did as I don;t really have any problems with potting even when the cue ball is against the cushion - playing with 57inch cues...
I'll post some pictures tomorrow if people are interested in viewing...
My total costs have come to just under £10k - have still got some finishing touches to do: snooker light, electric wall heaters, chairs and of course a flat screen!
