    Thanks for the tip and I'll give 'splash' a try. I haven't checked in a couple of years but I know at that time there were about 20 different systems available, ranging in price from around 200GBP up to 2,000GBP (for Dartfish).

    I did see a really good system being used by a US coach which looked to be a modification type but I never got around to trying to contact him to see what he was using. The Terry Griffiths Matchroom is probably the best out there for snooker analysis but it is TRES EXPENSIVE!!!

      no probs :-) let me know what you think of it
      I've also heard that Matchroom's software is probably the best available dedicated to snooker and has an extensive library of video files of pros too; I guess like you said, you get what you pay for..but still it is sooooo expensive
