    The Masters Jan 11 - 18, 2015

This match is far from over. Robertson undoubtedly has the class and bottle required to make a comeback, but I have been impressed with Murphy's composure & nerve during his semi-final and against Robertson today. 6-2 lead is a good lead but not an insurmountable one. I still think this final is going to have a few twists & turns.

Expensive? To a man on his income? That's like me giving a fiver per month to a charity. It's nothing - he won't even notice it.
and do you give to charity every month?

honestly you don't have to answer that. I know that it is not much to him but the thing is he does because he wants to.
I see from other posts that your view has been discussed before and I am not trying to change your opinion but my opinion is on this subject you are in error
    peace

No, I'm not buying it. His whole demeanor and this 'much respected / model professional / does a lot for charity' persona has always struck me as phoney. I certainly won't be listening to his pseudo-sincere nonsense during his little chat at the end.
well if it is phoney then it has been a very consistent one over many years and it has been a very expensive facade, just last year he gave £4500 (IIRC) to the children's hospital and he has been doing the £100 per century for a number of years now

Well, Robertson is still in the match I suppose, after taking the last frame. Am I right in saying this is the worst session he has ever played in a major final, in terms of the scoreline?

In Murphy's last final, the 2014 World Open, he led 7-2 as well, but Selby came back to 7-5 in the evening, so he is by no means safe, especially against a champion like Robertson.

You never know. Neil is very capable of coming back from 4 behind (and has done so in the past).

Meet him once at the Premier League when it was in Croydon . Had tickets to the VIP area , nice guy to chat to . Comes across as a really nice bloke .

I think Neil is overthinking lot of shots, should be more positive.
Lets see what the evening brings, surely he will come back better than this session .... Well done Shaun so far, another strong performance

How much I hate football .... everywhere, everytime .... who evens watches that .... couple of crying and cheating adult men with no gentlemanship inside at all ... and for this I have to switch channels couple times during matches

C'mon Neil! At 6-2, he could still make a match out of this.
