Not exactly a classic. Selby seemingly sailing away but neither of them playing particularly well. A bit of disappointment so far. Ding is falling into Selby's tactics and not playing his own game, hope it'll change after the MSI but might be too late..

is it just me or anyone else thinks they play rather negative and prefer safety to attacking shots?

It's just the way the match has gone. Not surprising Ding has been somewhat negative in his shot selection being 3-0 down, and looking for the world now going 4-0 down..

Ding hasn't found his form yet. I thought he might suffer from the curse of being the most recent tournament winner, while Selby seems to be on his way up.
