    He said in his first interview that he's playing for "love of the game", when he made reference to low prize money.

    With the money he has, he doesn't really need to keep playing, so there must be some other reason. It's hard to tell someone what attitude they should have, especially when you haven't been in their position.

    I don't see anything wrong in declining an invitation to Malta...

    Nice to see Hendry score a bit today by the way!

    How refreshing it was to hear Mark Selby in his post-match interview on BBC 2W say he would play snooker for nothing. Ronnie O'Sullivan could do with having that kind of attitude. He wouldn't be pulling out of tournaments if he did.

    This was the best I've seen Hendry play in quite a while and I'm pleased about it, but it's poor comfort right now...

    Well played by Selby however, I wish him luck in the final.

    It has been a weird match so far. Hendry has played the better of the two but 4-4 seems fair. Selby has had a very good run of the ball too.
