Yes Gerard played well but Shaun played poorly and hard fought even his 9th frame

What happened to Murphy today? He played so well yesterday and he never gets relaxed..well done Greene for spirited comeback but Murphy has done the job finally
I dont think Ding will be such a big favourite though...

Everyone who plays cue sports knows that a player plays best when is trailing with big difference. Gerard was trailing 8-1 and 9-2, so he just relaxed and gave it a shot. He had nothing to lose. It was just a question of time when Murphy would receive a good chance and kill off the match.
