If tomorrow night goes as we all expect it to with Ronnie and Luca winning 13-4, it's going to be a bit **** for the spectators who have tickets for that match. Hopefully Ding can up his game and mount a rear guard action as the chances of Pang doing it are in line with the chances of me winning a world championship.

This century chase is possibly going to prevent him winning this match. Clearly now he's struggling and his focus is not on the match but on the prize for 100 tons. He really needs to shut it out of his thinking, for a man who's earned over a million in prize money this year and is fairly well off, he's treating this £100k bonus like it's more important than the WC itself. Given he's already achieved this once before, I find it a bit baffling why he's putting himself under so much stress.

He's come out after the interval and reset and that's the best two frames he's played in the tournament.
People don't really say it but he's by far the best breakbuilder the game has ever seen. Sure, Ronnie is probably more artistic in the way he does it, but Trump powers them in and his numbers prove he's the best.

It's only this season that the carrot was dangled of a £100k bonus and clearly a few players were chasing that. For Selby to come second with 73 I think is proof that. Selby is not a player you'd normally have down for being a prolific scorer.
Personally I think it's a decent prize but should be worth more than the carrot that was offered for the two 147s is the triple crown events.
