Not sure I agree. While I don't think he's among the top 3 in the world, I do think he's very talented and I also think he's improved his game alot the last year or two. He's matured, but still not as consistent as he could be. God damnit Trump, I had high hopes for you

Yeah but good to see Judd was sporting enough to referee the Higgins Murphy match.

I was disappointed that some players dont take the time to
sign autographs. It is the fans who help pay their salaries
and without them there wouldnt be any tournaments. Sad
as it only takes a few minutes to do and the fans would no
        doubt appreciate it immensely.
It might be that they have been asked or choose to leave the areana quickly so has not to disturb the other matches. I hope that is the case because you are right if it isn't ........ just a thought

are you watching the Bulgarian snooker on worldsnooker.livesport.tv?
I get "due to territory licensing restrictions" so nothing. This could be Bulgaria/UK restriction and not Bulgaria/Canada... ?

            Looks like an O'Sullivan-Higgins semi.

Yes in Canada there are no restrictions as we are obviously
far away so we get all the tournaments but of course with
the time difference its not always easy to watch them in the
              wee hours of the morning.

Looking forward to the remaining matches. Should be quite
              a finish.

sportlemon has it right now but there's only 2 players playing but not on one of the TV tables. Must be the lull before the 2pm (local) session or something

Ronnie and Higgins just started. Ronnie finishing off the first frame.

When was the last time someone won four frames in a row against OSullivan? Impressive.

Impressive performance by Higgins. Got the feeling O'Sullivan wanted this to finish as quickly as possible in the two final frames

Doesn't appear to be much of an audience there. Ticket prices too high or just lack of interest there. Doesn't really stoke the fires of the players I don't imagine.
The bitter taste of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

At least they seem enthusiastic and very respectful of good play. It's a base to build from.

apparently there have been very good crowds, spread out across a large stadium

Gonna be a good final with two of my favourite players. Would love to see Higgins win this one.
