Yes 50 or 55 should be the limit. How can 60+ players
compete with 40 year olds still on the tour? It makes
it unfair in my opinion.

Williams is the winner. He played some good snooker.

Exactly the way I've felt trying to play at the IBSF Masters. There are 43-yr-old ex-pros competing against the rest of us, although none of them have won it lately after Darren Morgan but the bulk of the players are in their 40's and it's very difficult for the older players like myself to compete effectively.
