Re the press conference with Judd, my view is that losers in matches often say stuff they later regret. They are put in front of the media literally 10 mins after the match has finished. Its not easy to give an unbiased view, you are disappointed to have lost, you haven't played well and then they want you to answer questions about your opponent. I don't suppose any of us know how we would feel to have to give an interview in that situation. Its bad enough losing a league game and how you feel afterwards, to lose in a professional game in the biggest tournament with a lot of pressure on you, I think people need to take this with a pinch of salt.

I thought Barrie's 2 frame lead would have been gobbled up by the time we got to the interval. So at this stage I'm pleasantly surprised. Ronnie's won all of his frames in this match with big breaks, while Barry's only had 5 breaks over 50, so, KEEP IT TIGHT BAZ!

I'm not sure who to support in this game. I'm not normally a fan of ROS but I think ROS is probably the only man that can stop Higgins or Selby. So normally I would be cheering on Hawkins here but I think in a strange way I'm hoping for a come back from Ronnie here.
