That was a lovely film about Davis, brought tears to my eyes. I was always a Higgins fan from the early 80's, but as I have grown up I have come to have the utmost respect, and love for Davis. Tremendous man, and a great, great player. Love him.

Really can't see a comeback from Ding and overtaking Selby..it hasn't happened during the 3 previous sessions, so he needs to play to an outerwordly standard now to have a chance.

Good on Ding because I thought he was going off the boil.
Always good to have a guaranteed few frames after the mid session interval and seeing what the BBC has lined up for the break. I can see Ding coming out and taking the next few frames. If he gets in to that zone and doesn't let the occasion affect his potting Selby could be in trouble.

Shame the interval is now, hopefully it will knock Mark a bit and Ding carry on. Hopefully..........

Excellent stuff from Ding here. Can't believe some of the shots he's pulled off, especially given the scoreline!

doing what he needs to do

You know I think I've probably misjudged JV. He seems to be firmly behind Ding at the moment, which suggests he tends to simply favour the guy who's trailing.

Nice to see Ding finding a bit of rhythm in this one. Shame no century but still.

I'm so disappointed I can't even bring myself to congratulate Selby or admit he's played the better snooker. Right now he's just the enemy who's robbed Ding and the Chinese nation of the title they so badly want. Call me dramatic, but I don't think I can ever forgive Selby for this.
It's always been a 7pm start.
Gutted for Ding
