    Couldn't agree more about Steve being knighted - I can never understand how other sportsmen get these honours after winning a couple of titles, Steve and also Stephen Hendry have had careers that have lasted decades with dozens of titles!

    I swear I am not just being anti-Selby here but I don't think his should have been shot of the tournament. It looked great because of where it landed by the black but he couldn't have predicted that. Don't get me wrong, it was a great shot, but the three ball plants were better

    Another touching tribute to Steve Davis and I need to buy a VHS player again so I can start recording all the mid session pieces the BBC make. Isn't it ironic that one of the most poker faced players turns out to be an emotional guy.
