Ali is a great player.No doubts!He proved that many times during last 2 weeks.
But he has not a winner mentality.
Honestly in the final he was playing like a real fairy...
And don't think I'm rude or sth,i have nothing to gays.They are lovely,but in snooker you must show killer instinct and moral support in critical moments and he didn't at all.
Will he ever?

This is the strangest criticism of Ali Carter that I've seen so far...

After the final, BBC showed a highlight of some funny scenes in the championship. One of the scenes was Liang Wenbo being introducing into the arena. He came out and then ran back in. What was that about and which match was that?

In his first session against Doherty, Liang came out with the referees, realised what he'd done and promptly scuttled abck in again! John Parrot christened him The Chinese Mr Bean and Rob Walker introduced him as Should He Stay or Should He Go? Liang Wenbo!" - seems a real nice lad and with a real sense of humour - he and Chang this year have made me far less worried about the Chinese players all being like Ding.

One of the things I remember about Wenbo was when he was 76 - 0 up against Doherty and looked confused at the scoretable, when he realised that there was still 99 points on the table.
