He is a bit chatty isn't he.

Well a reprieve for Shaun with the white going in-off from Neil. Better make it count!

Yes that's fair. But I also think a table will never be perfect. As JP and KD said in the studio as well. The table fitters do the best job possible. Sometimes they are able to fix certain things later on, but to expect a table to be 100% is imo not really possible. Neil's overreactions sometimes get to me...there's no need for it really...it's just part of the job (to a certain degree of course).

On a more positive note...what a nice BBC piece on my fellow countryman, referee Jan Verhaas. He had a real scare in China, but he's back now. One of the best referees on the tour...if not *the best* imo. Makes me proud to be a Dutchman.

He does not trust that table.

Is it me or is Murphy getting a pasting from the commentators this week?

Well it did cost Murphy, too many chances wasted. Robertson is in command of this match. Murphy needs a response immediately after the interval, because Robertson doesn't really lose from a commanding position. The only big match he really lost like that was last month against Selby. I'm sure he will be fully concentrated on keeping his lead this time.

Looks like Murphy's wasted chances won't cost him in this frame. Not sure what Robertson was thinking after that foul. If both reds to the right corner were awkward, why not just take the one to the left?

What a fantastic pot that was from Shaun! 2-2 would be a good result for him.

That explains it. It thought he was screwing back for the blue.

Back to the match. I think Robinson is definitely playing a bit better then Murphy. Murphy needs to up his game.
