As I said Green Baize from the banner above sell Master Cues!
It is said that 1 piece cues have more feel!
3/4 are a little easier to carry and before the SD joint at the bottom of the cue were the best option for using screw in extentions.
3/4 were also a bit of a fashion thing. Lot's of nice old 1 pieces have been killed as a result!
2 pieces are the easiest to carry by far!
I'm getting a new one piece!
A 3/4 won't fit in my boot plus I have often felt that 3/4's are back heavy (this might be in my head a well made 3/4 cue should be fine)

1 piece cues do give a better feel for the shot, its no coincidence IMO that Dott, Higgins, Ronnie, Ding, Ebdon etc all use 1 piece cues and those 5 are probably at this moment the best 5 players in the game on current form.
3/4 cues are butt heavy, simply because they usually have a solid ebony butt which adds a lot of weight to the back of the cue. If you prefer to feel the weight in your cueing hand, go for a 3/4, if you prefer to feel the cue on your bridge hand, go for a 1 piece.
