We do know what you mean but lining up with the tip at the bottom of the ball can bring a load of other factors into play that will ruin your game, my advice would be to make or buy a sight rite,or get a TUCA off J6, and practice getting up and down with your cue online.

No the site rite is like a stepped piece of card with a line down the middle if you get down even slightly across the line or your cue is off centre the line will look broken to you, if you get down bang online the line will look solid.
The TUCA is a great little gadget, it is plastic but it won't damage your cue, I think with the ball being printed on it and the hole bang in the centre it may be what you need as you can practice getting down and checking your tip is bang in the middle of the hole, which is of course bang in the middle of the cue ball.
I think it was in the coach threads but if you search for TUCA on here there will be some excellent videos by J6 about how to use it. Best of luck.
Here is the siterite, it's one word, I typed it as two.

PM J6uk,for the TUCA he's a member on here, this will do so much more for your cueing than at first glance, I don't know where you can get the siterite , but it's not beyond the wit of man to make one yourself after all it just a stepped line.

This video might be useful, a player setting up on baulk line as a straight shot and he's cueing across the ball so his coach helps him.

Get a piece of A4 paper draw a straight line down the centre along the length of the paper, fold it in half keeping the lines together, fold the top half back on itself but leaving about an inch ,to create a step, again keeping the lines all lined up. Place a book under the " high" end , jobs a good un.

tnx for the video but i did try all these with my coach, few times and im always online
my problem is that my eyes thinks im aiming dead on the centre of cueball while in reality im putting side
i line up perfectly its just my eyes that cant find the centre of the cueball, infact my eyes showing me a wrong spot on the cueball, which means it only looks centre to me, but infact im putting right side unintentionally

thats y the coach said, just practice up and down and when u see u putting right side, just put abit of left side on cueball, although to you it might look that you are putting left hand side, but that would be the real centre of cueball, need to train the eyes

very confusing stuff though, after playing 5 of snooker i never thought i had this problem
until i realized y i cannot make centuries, i had to findout a solution therefor i saw couple of coaches until one finally figured the problem
                      - the only thing im wondering is that if moving the tip to the left or putting side on cueball wil help finding of the cueball, why jimmy white always aim at bottom of cueball ( many other good players do this too ) and also mark selby moves his head to check the centre of the cue ball from side by side, to ensure that his both eyes agree that is the centre of cueball

that tuca and sight paper might work, i dont know where to buy em, since i cannot pm the one who knows where i can get em

Sorry but you can't be online, if you put the cue ball plumb on the baulk line and get down there is no way your cue can be online ( unless there are other issues ) if you are putting right hand side on it, the cue must be to the right of the line.
You can PM now, I think you need ten posts.

Looks like you cue fairly straight but your cue is offline, kind of parallel to it, I'm not qualified to tell you what to do, there are better folk than me here for that, hopefully they will tell you.

ofcourse im not pro , and i cannot deliver the cue very straight all the time, but my major problem is aiming for now, i gotta fix that first
thank you for replies i really appreciate that

i saw many coaches and this coach found my problem, i love snooker but hardly make 50-60 breaks which is annoying
i hope to get more feedbacks
                              tnx again

You saw many coaches and this was the first one to see your cue was offline and you weren't finding the centre of the cue ball, jeez I would be after my money back from the others as its so obvious on the first video. At least you have found one now that can spot faults.
Just to add, your cueing looked much, much better in the second video.
