Around sixty odd, did Ronnie ask the ref to clean the cue ball and he refused ?

Yes, ref told him he played another shot after the black was put back so he couldn't ask for it.

Ronnie asked if the black was correctly spotted and, as mentioned above, the ref said a shot had been played so he cannot spot it again

Thanks Motorhead and Dean, the audio was poor and I couldn't hear what exactly was said.

Well after a day of no snooker and having to talk to the wife last night instead ! We are back :snooker:

looking forward to a decent Tournament .

On a side note , what is the record amount of 147’s in a single Tournament ?
Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

Most Maximums in a single event are the 2012/13 UK Championship and 2016/17 German Masters both with 3.

Interestingly, as we are in it at the mo, the UK Championship has the most Maximums for an events history with 16, WSC is next with 14.

Counting both the qualifying and the TV stages? If so, I believe the record would be 3, in the 2012 UK Championship and the 2017 German Masters.

Edit: Never mind, too slow.

Televised (including iplayers) WSC with 10, then UK with 9
non-televised - German Masters with 7 AND the UK with 7

is there anything on World Snooker facebook?

I have it on BBC and Eurosport iPlayers, not sure on your region.
I am sure there must be a unofficial stream somewhere

Ok, I can watch it on BBC 1 too. (I have a Dreambox.) They are a couple of minutes behind by the way.

I know they’re not everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s so good to hear the familiar voices of DT and JV in the commentary box, along with HI, JP and SD in the studio. Rather neglected now, but still the best snooker coverage bar none when it’s airing.

Eurosport player having "technical issues" and have not shown any of the Wilson/Fu match
They "hope" to have it fixed for the evening session.
I have it on BBC player luckily, but was hoping for ES commentary - sorry Billy
