all of them you mention will say murpy is one of the best players about, best player with the rest, solid cue action, just gets unlucky more than the others with the run of the balls, he definitely should have and could have won more in his career.
He come's across as a good bloke, just over the years hasn't shown enough steel, like Hendry said himself 'he finds ways too lose',personally I put him just outside those I mentioned so he hasn't really underachieved that much imo.
Hendry just said 'for his talent Murphy has underachieved',I disagree,O'Sullivan Higgins Selby Robertson and Trump are all simply better than Murphy, tbh I think Hendry knows this too,he was only saying this for filler while the ref was racking up again, just attracting the punters I guess.

Does anyone other than JV ever use the phrase "Slow up"? As in "This cueball needs to slow up..." Surely it's "speed up" and "slow down", isn't it? I mean, does he also say "Come on, speed down!..." when he wants someone to errr, speed up?
Anyway, crackin' start to this one. All the way, surely!

He makes it up as he goes along, same as " de-accelerating" through the ball !?
