    the second time someone has said the near same thing
    if no home country player was in the final, I don't see the viewing figures from UK going down, if anything they may go up because both finalist being from elsewhere!

    Missed the first four frames of that semifinal. But seems pretty much like expected. Ding will proove to strong for McManus.
    Also despite Selby being not at his best it would surprise me if doesn't beat Fu. Especially in the mental part he should have huge advantages.

    Then Ding - Selby should be a great final, at least if Selby ups his game a bit towards his usual level.

    This is going to be a humiliation for McManus I feel. I said last week people who like the underdogs getting through should be careful what they wish for and I think the proof of that will be seen in these semi finals, particularly this match.

    IMO McManus has been very fortunate that the table he played on was so bad and he faced 2 opponents who clearly got so wound up that they lost their composure and McManus capitalised.
    Higgins just didn't turn up either, he hasn't really faced an in form player, now he is you can see the massive gulf in class.
