Battle of the Scots... come on Fraser.. send Higgins home.

I'd like to see Gilbert the tourny win actually.

Hope he does well from here - nothing worse than someone playing well just long enough to knock Ronnie out!
Gav Chris is down to earth and is putting the hours in, he's got a lot of work to do to stay on tour and could really do with a good run in this event to do so.
Tons of ability and good temperament will only get better with experience. If he can retain his tour card I think he'll go on to have a good season next year without the pressures of worrying about dropping off the tour

Is it just me, or does the ref keep calling him Judge Trump? Never usually hear the ref say his name as much as this though

Could be worse... could be calling him Donald.

If he did I would be able to tell the difference as Judd doesn't look like a Guinea pig staring through the port hole of a washing machine. (close call though)

Fair point , it's good to see someone young coming through to upset the established stars though, I think it's great for the game, I hope this lad makes it, he looks so fluent and plays the game the way I like to see it played.

                        • Frazz doing pretty well against Higgins, didn't cue that blue too well though.

Turning into a bit of a grind this one, Higgins just managing to claw his way to a 3 - 2 lead.
I'm sure Fraser Patrick is really the son of Brendan Rodgers.

                              • I missed the last frame The one that was 29-24 with one red on the table made me feel a bit better about my own game though
