I was very surprised to see that Ricky has dropped out of top 16... don't know if having a kid last year has affected his recent form, it can affect players in different ways??

I don't think he had much of a drop in form, rather the rank win jumped Kyren into the 16 and nudged Ricky out to 17

He dropped 9 places since the start of the season though. This is of course largely due to the points of his win for the International Championship 2014 dropping of. But so far his season wasn't very good, as he is only number 21 if you just look at the ranking points since the start of 2016/17.

For me Trump is lacking in something..its hard to pinpoint but the killer instinct of the likes of Hendry, Davis, O'Sullivan and the likes had an edge before the game even begun. He is beatable and no one is scared to get stuck in against him

I said it before: In my opinion his shot selection still isn't good and he relys to heavily on his excellent potting. Even in most of his top breaks he loses position from time to time.

So of the current crop of young players, say under 30yrs old who would you say is most likely to go on to become a world champion. Trump, Wilson, Wengbo, Mcgill?? or maybe someone else ???

With his game Ding Junhui, who is still only 29, really should become world champion in my opinion. The question here is his mentality though.

Also Trump surely has a good shot. And I like McGills all around game.
