O'Sullivan is a lucky man, isn't he? I remember Joe Perry missing an easy pink when he was something like 50-0 up, to beat him 6-4 in the 1st round in 2009, and O'Sullivan went on to win the tournament. Then last year Mark Williams was in in the decider and missed that ill-advised plant, and again O'Sullivan went on to win the title. Today Liang missed match ball against him, and wasted a couple of other scoring chances for the match as well... Will O'Sullivan be lifting the trophy again on Sunday? It wouldn't surprise me at all.
I think Liang Will never forget that black , for the rest of his life !!
    He played well , tbh.
Amazing break from ROS in the last fram.

I like it too, but if Ding had lost that match he'll be out of the arena in a shot...

Ding really seems like an extraordinary nice guy. After his form wasn't there the last few weeks I hope he can get himself going again. Would be ideal if he could peak at the World Championship.
It's already a bit late, but here are my semifinal picks:

          O'Sullivan - Trump
          Ding - Selby

Well all level after 4 frames will suit Mark just fine I reckon. Hoping John can pull away after the MSI...

Stupendous black from Mark especially after missing the easy blue and seeing John force the respotted black.

It's quite refreshing to (not) hear, so I'm not complaining, but the commentary has been very noticeable by its absence in this final frame.

And just as I type this, it's back.

                          Another entertaining match.

Higgins usually finds a way to win matches like this one, but the Masters seems to be an exception in recent years. Two good scoring chances in the decider, and two uncharacteristic misses...
